Local Union 776  International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW),

 The Committee itself is made up of three representatives from Local Union 776  International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW), and three representatives from the Atlantic Coast Chapter of the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA). All applicants who are selected into the apprenticeship program offered by the JATC are placed to work with signatory contractors of Local Union 776 IBEW. All apprentices in these training programs are required to complete on the job training hours, as well as classroom related instruction hours.

The International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (I.B.E.W.) Local Union 776 represents union inside electricians and outside electrical linemen who service the Charleston, SC, region; the Lowcountry, Grand Strand, Pee Dee, and Midlands Areas of South Carolina.

Through Local Union 776, these men and women are united to improve the entire electrical industry.

The I.B.E.W., representing more than 700,000 members in the United States and Canada, is one of the largest and most progressive unions associated with the AFL-CIO.
